Welan Dyson Obituary
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dyson is preceded in death by her husband, Henry Alza Dyson; two brothers, M.C. Bush and Bunice Bush; two sisters, Vivian Gibson and Serena Adkison.
She is survived by one son, Robert Lex Payne of Bonifay; five daughters, Elaine Peacock and husband, Bruce of DeFuniak Springs, Melba Woodham and husband, Frank of Bonifay, Sharon Pilcher and husband, Frankie of Bonifay, Judy Snowden and husband, Steve of Santa Rosa Beach, Deborah Steverson and husband, Mike of Bonifay; one brother, Tommy Bush and wife, Maxine of Bonifay; two sisters, Ruth Stephens of Bonifay, and Imogene Armstrong of Ft. Walton,; 19 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 4, 2010 at New Effort Church with the Rev. Tommy Moore officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery with Peel Funeral Home of Bonifay directing.
