I worked as the Executive Chef at The Vintage, as well as Royal Ridges in Ripon for Brian for seven years. He was always a pleasure to work for and with! Brian would always make sure I had what I needed, and would even help us plate catered events. The guy would even do dishes! He was never afraid to get his hands dirty. I also had the privilege of helping Brian open a pop up restaurant at EAA Airventure for four years. I will never forget those four weeks for the rest of my life! Praying for the family and friends that are still with us. God bless, Brian. Rest in Peace.

Brian has always had a warm smile which touched the heart of everyone who knew him. A born leader, Brian reached for his dreams and attained notoriety as he went. It was his heart that singled him out from norm. His generosity, and continued support of the places and people he believed helped shape his path, inspired all who he knew. I pray his family and friends he treated as family, will find memories that fill their souls as they mourn the loss of Brian. Rest in peace Brian. God bless you and keep you until we meet again.
