WAUSAU, Wis. - Jeffrey P. Hawke died Jan. 15, 2017, at Aspirus Hospital, Wausau.
He was born April 12, 1961, in Chippewa Falls, to Ben and Amy Hawke.
Jeff is survived by his siblings, MaryBeth Hawke, Chippewa Falls, Richard Hawke, Chicago, Dave (Carol) Hawke, Scottsdale, Ariz., Karen (Mark) Thomas, Phoenix Ariz., Greg (Helen) Hawke, Hales Corners, Wis., and Becky (Pete) Berg, Ridgeland Wis.; nieces and nephews; and his significant other, Deb Glaeser of Wausau.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ben and Amy Hawke; and brother, William.
There will be a memorial at a later date.
