Cathy Heath Obituary
She was born September 17, 1954, in Clinton, IL, Daughter of Loren E. and Sally (Roseman) Grove. She died Tuesday, December 2, 2008, in Inverness. She worked as a Motel Manager. She moved to Inverness from Largo 29 years ago. Mrs. Heath was a member of Christ Way Fellowship, Inverness. Mrs. Heath was preceded in death by her father, Loren Grove, and two brothers, Timothy and Gregory Grove.
Survivors include her husband, Dale E. Heath of Inverness; 5 children, Christina Swinimer of Inverness, Patricia Isabel and Angela Overton, both of Hernando, Dale E. Heath, II and Tracy Heath, both of Inverness; Mother, Sally Wellman of Hernando; 2 brothers, Denny Hoff of St. Augustine and John Hoff of Jacksonville; 3 sisters, Lori Ann Warren of Inverness, Marcia Leonard of Illinois, Brenda Heavin of Hernando, FL; and 9 grandchildren. Inverness Chapel Hooper Funeral Homes.

Cathy, I Had you for 54 years but it wasn't long enough. I wanted to go before you as heart is not big enough to hold the pain, The thing that helps me is your no longer suffering and I know you went to Heaven because you gave your life to Jesus & we did Commumion together. hey sis, will miss you and all the wonderful time's we all had together you were a wonderful and mother and a wonderful sister i could'nt have gotten a better one god knew who to send us.you opened your home too all of us at one point and time and showed us just what the family reunions were all about boy we sure had some good time's.so you enjoy your life right now in the presence of the lord and all our loved ones who are there with you no more pain and beautiful again i love you and will be with you all in heavin to one day,tell jayjay me and his dad love him.now give god, dad, greg,timmy,jayjay,a hug and a kiss and enjoy there presence so peaceful so joyful no pain ever again just eternal life i love you sis,forever in my memories,and forever in my heart your little sissy brenda.

Cathy and her sister, Lorie, my first cousins, were the closest to sisters that I had many years ago. It was not uncommon for my mom to periodically watch over the girls in our home when they were small. Bless you, Cathy, for your long-suffering. I am comforted knowing you are in the presence of our Lord and Savior for eternity.

mom, I miss you terribly.You were the person that I turned too the most with my everydaylife, how can i survive and take care of me and the boys without you.I am your first born and jonathan was your first grandson, gregory named after your favorite brother, all I can do is miss you and keep thinking that you are no longer feeling pain anymore, I also found the stocking you bought me last year, it mad me happy and sad.I love you mom, I cannot wait til the day we get to see eachother again. The 53 years I was with you on earth have been the best and sometimes the worst. That older younger sister thing would crop up once in a while! I love you so much Cathy, I named my daughter after you and you know that meant a lot!

Mrs. Cathy L. Heath was a loving, caring,devoted, wife,and mother! but aside from that she was the back bone of our whole family! Aunt Cathy was a true superhero, she might not of been able to climb walls like Spiderman or fly across the world like Superman but she saved all of us at some point and time in our lives. Aunt Cathy has always been my Guardian Angel while here on earth, and now she get's to guard me in the presence of the Lord, with beautiful wings of a Angel!
