He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald J. Willard, and sister, Jeanette Willard. Survivors include mother, Trudy Willard; brothers, Gerald and Jeffrey Willard, Beverly Hills; sister, Christine A. Willard, Boston, MA; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

To the Willard Family,
I'm so sorry hearing about Mark's passing. I've searched for 35 years for him, he was such a good guy. I served with him aboard the USS Detroit AOE-4 in the mid 70's. Again, my prayers are with the family.
