Shawn Helton Obituary
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Bernice (Bunny) Stillman. Shawn is survived by his wife, Kimberly Rachel Helton of Homosassa; children, Aiden (Bubba) and Addison (Baby Girl) Helton of Homosassa; father, Kennith Helton and stepmother Ellen Duke of Beverly Hills; mother, Patricia (Pat) Helton and stepfather Robert (Boss) Perez of Homosassa; brother, Chris (Tool Time) Helton of Inverness, FL; nephews, Hunter and Hayden Helton; aunt, Gale (New York) and uncle, Ed McNaughton of NY; cousins, Danielle and Eddie McNaughton and CJ; grandfather, Albert (Papa) H. Stillman; grandmother, Mabel (Mamaw) Helton; as well as many friends.
Memorial service for Shawn will be held at Brown Funeral Home in Lecanto, FL, on Sunday, October 3, 2010. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Following the service, the family will be receiving guests at their home located at 7231 W. Stuart Lane, Homosassa, FL 34448. In lieu of flowers, it is requested memorial donations be made to the family to establish college funds for Shawn's children Aiden and Addison Helton; envelopes will be available at the service.

My heart weighs heavy at the loss of such a great person. I got the pleasure of coaching with Shawn in tee-ball. What a guy. He cared so much for all the kids and they all loved "coach Shawn". Shawn always smiled and always made you smile with him. He will be missed. My deepest sympathy to the Helton family.
