Carlos Lee, age 73, passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014, beloved husband of the late Frieda Mae Toms (nee Christie), loving father of Carla M. (Kenny) Brown and Jason L. Toms, devoted brother of Butch Hargett, Bing Hargett and preceded in death by his sister Nora Kirby, cherished grandfather of Daniel Fisher and Lisa Fisher and great-grandfather of Allen Carter Jr. Services will be held at the Maham Funeral Home, 187 North Second Street, Williamsburg, Ohio on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 2pm. Visitation will be from 12 noon until the time of service at the funeral home. MahamFuneralHome.com
