David Rice Obituary
David Gregory (Greg) Rice,55, passed away on November 26, 2017 after a lengthy illness. He died peacefully surrounded by his loving family.He is survived by his parents John and Jo Ann Rice, his wife, Chrissie and sons Gregory and Sam and stepsons, Kyle, Kevin(Kim) and Nathan Bryson, and granddaughter, Gracie Rice .Also brother Tim Rice (Linda), sisters Melanie (Mark) Moffat and Wendy (Al) Komjathy, and nieces and nephews. Greg graduated from Finneytown High School, where he excelled on the high school baseball and soccer teams. In 1979, he was named to the Ohio All State Soccer Team. He worked as a fire sprinkler fitter for Local Union 669. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday November 30, 6:30 PM at Spring Grove Funeral Home (4389 Spring Grove Ave. Cincinnati) where family and friends will be received from 5 until the time of service. Memorial contributions in Greg's honor may be made to The Salvation Army, Center Hill Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45224. www.springgrove.org

My condolences to your family. I was shocked and saddened to read of Greg's death. He and I coached baseball teams on which his son Greg played. His parents, John and JoAnn were often there to cheer the team on. He was a good man, and I'm sorry for your loss.

Very sorry to hear this news. I remember Greg from high school and his obituary photo is just how I remember him - with that smile.
He was nice enough to take me to the homecoming dance and he made the dance a lot of fun. Sharing my photo from that night.
