Frank I always enjoyed you! You were always so kind to my Mother and I love you for that.
We always had such fun at your parents house when we were all kids. I thought you were such a cool cousin! As we got older I respected you for the care you took for all the members of our families that went through your funeral home. My sincere condolences and prayers to you and your family.

Our condolences to the Schmidt family. Frank was a very nice gentleman, who helped our families through some tough losses. He knew his business, and really took the time to listen to what we wanted, and what they could provide. We will keep him and his whole family in our prayers, and may his soul rest in peace. I am so sorry to hear of Frank's passing. I enjoyed him so much, and learned so much from him. He was my embalming instructor at CCMS, and I had the pleasure of seeing him with our association with Ohio Funeral Directors Assoc. He always had a smile, and always took the time to chat with me. He has served so many families in his lifetime, and touched so many lives. He impacted many, including myself. I held him in high regard. He will be miss by so many--sympathy to all of his family members, and our thoughts and prayers will be with all of you at this very difficult time.

For the Schmidt family I am deeply sorry for your loss. Frank and I were great friends growing up. He had a special sense of humor and wit. He was my mother's favorite among all my friends and helped my family immeasurably with my parent's early deaths. One indelable memory stands out. My mother and father came to visit me in Germany while I was serving in the Army. We planned and made a trip from Frankfort to Rome. I contacted Frank, who was stationed in Brindisi, Italy, and he came to meet us in Rome with a couple of his buddies. After my father was hospitalized with a sudden illness, Frank led Mom and I on a tour of some of the highlights of Rome for three days. It was the week of "The Six Day War" in Israel and Frank and his buddies were eventually called back to to base early. It was an experience I have never forgotten and Frank's unselfishness, undertanding our situation with Dad, made it more gratifying under the circumstances. Good Bye Old Friend!

Although I did not get to see Uncle Frank very often, I always enjoyed spending time with him. I remember on my last visit to Ohio, he offered to take us to dinner and asked what kind of food I was in the mood for. After eating at White Castle and Skyline Chili, I said anything with veggies. Rather than taking us to a restaurant, he planned a beautiful dinner at his home. We had dinner outside and I really appreciated the effort that he put into making it a very enjoyable evening. He will be missed.

Frank was one of my closest friends growing up in Reading, Ohio. We spent eight years at St Pete's and later both joined the Air Force serving together in Turkey. I have many fond memories of Frank and think of them often. While we lived many miles apart he will be missed.
