EVERETT Fred Jr., beloved husband of Julie (nee Sheehey), loving father of Megan (Dan) Westendorf , Colleen Everett, and Fred, III, dear brother of Debra Ogilvie, Patricia Clarke, William Everett, Pamela Clarke, James Everett and Teresa Normann. Friday, February 10, 2006, at his residence of lung cancer, age 49 years. Fred was an Executive Director of Global Supply Chain and a Director in the Research and Development Department at Ethicon Endo-Surgery He was also the inventor/co-inventor on eight U.S. Patents for medical devices Friends may call at the Hodapp Funeral Home, 8815 Cincinnati-Columbus Rd. (Rt. 42), West Chester, OH 45069 on Friday, February 18 from 3-5 P.M. and 7-9 P.M. Visitation also at St. Michael Church, 11144 Spinner, Sharonville, OH 45241 Saturday from 9 A.M. until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 A.M. Interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 10 A.M. at St. John the Baptist Church, 69 Valley St.., Hillsdale, NJ 09642. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Hospice of Cincinnati, 4310 Cooper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242 or to the Wellness Community, 4918 Cooper Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45242. www.caringbridge.org/visit/fredeverett
