Young Funeral Home 7345 Hamilton Ave., Mt. You were/are the most Amazing person I've ever known...I am the luckiest person ever to have had the privilege to be your daughter. I miss you so terribly, I'm still not sure how I am supposed to continue living without you here? My daughters were just talking with Jerry and I about the wonderful times we had with the Egbert family through the years!
I had no idea that Glenn had passed! Very belated condolences to the family.
Glenn was a larger than life individual with such a good heart. He taught Jerry so much and in doing so became a dear friend.

Daddy it's been 2 1/2 years since I've seen your smiling face..heard your loving voice..had your strong yet tender hands and arms around me. Life will never be the same without you. I miss you so much..every day is a struggle for me without you. I am sad, I am angry,I am lost without you! I know everyone misses their loved ones that have passed but I truly do not think god created anyone more special than you..sometimes I wish he wouldn't have made you so special so this pain would go away..but I am soon thankful he let you be my daddy the kids miss you terribly it hurts my heart to see them so sad..somehow I know we have to go on but I am finding it very difficult. I have never posted anything but today I found myself on this page...so your sister is with you now! Please t

I have just received word of Glenn's passing recently. I am so saddened by this. Glenn was a wonderful boss and friend. He went over and above always. He would pick me up for work when I lost my license or let me borrow a truck when my vehicle was down. I will never forget the Christmas parties. What a wonderful time. I love the Egbert family and all they did for me and my wife.

I noticed Rick in thought tonight at the dinner table and I asked him to share. He said, "I was just wondering what dad and Glenn are doing, dad probably has Glenn fixing fence." It is the memories that keep us going in a time like this and I am grateful for the ones we have.
