Helen McBRIDE Obituary
Helen Corbin McBride of Driftwood, Texas, formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011. She will be remembered by her sons Charles & Geoffrey McBride, daughter-in-law Kelly and grandchildren; Ian, Corbin, Sean, Alexis and Lauren for her gifts in tax preparation and gardening; her passion for learning and the love of her birthplace Barbados. Memorial services will be held at Harrell Funeral Chapel, Dripping Springs, Texas at 12 noon on July 1, 2011. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you make a contribution to your favorite charity.

I worked with Helen when H&R Block started offering financial services. She was always caring, loved her clients, and was very passionate. We will miss her!

Helen began preparing my taxes in the mid-1980s, and I looked forward to our annual "visit." Even after she moved to Texas, she returned each year during tax season. She was a delight. I will miss her. My thoughts are with Helen's family today.
