CLYDE
Jack S. Clyde, beloved husband of the late Phyllis R. Clyde. Dear father of Jim (Katie), Bob (Debbie), Tom (Julie) and Mike (Amy) Clyde. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Tuesday, April 7, 2015. Age 85 years. A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Ann Church Groesbeck, 2900 West Galbraith Road (45239), on Friday, April 17th, at 6:00 PM. If so desired memorials may be made to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, P.O. Box 5202 (45201-5202). Gump-Holt Funeral Home serving the family.
