He was a great man. Roommate of my late Uncle Ray long ago and super nice owner of many bars I frequented back in the day. He even helped us escape Hurricane Wilma with his hospitality on Marathon. Always pleasant and fun to hang out with.. you will be missed Jimmy by all of us whose paths you crossed.. Rest easy now. Sherry Sovilla Framz

Jimmy was so proud of his children and so modest about all that he accomplished. A man's man and a big reason that Cincinnati is such a great place

My sympathies go out to Jimmy's entire family. I always enjoyed when you all came in to Primavista when I was a bartender there. Jimmy was just such a " cool " guy , and I really enjoyed talking with him and his son Tony very much. May you find comfort and joy in your memories and keep being a great and loving family.

Jim and I were kids together. My wife remembers Jim from when he was a Bailiff at the Hamilton County Courthouse. We both have wonderful memories of his humor and his wonderful stories. We will miss you, Jim!

I have had a friendship with Jimmy going back to high school. I would see him out and about regularly and would always stop and see him going back to Jefferson Hall and Newport. It always was special to see him.
In the past few years we shared the same watering hole. We spent countless evenings talking and laughing about all the West Side characters we knew over the years. I will treasure those memories always. Jimmy never changed to me. He was the same good guy I met at Elder all those years ago.
My deepest sympathy to his family. Jimmy was on of a kind. He will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him. Rest in peace my friend.
