John COONS Obituary



COONS

John Congleton, passed away Sunday, August 16, 2015 due to complications of Alzheimer's disease. He was born to William H. and Virginia M. Coons of central Kentucky, in the early 1940's. He came to Cincinnati as a college student, graduated from UC with a degree in industrial design and led a long productive career in the field. His family and friends will remember his generous spirit and his beautiful art and design work. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Jean Beirise; his children, Erik Coons (Sarah), Martin and Ellen Coons; his sisters, Linda Young and Susan Catts (Hugh); and grandchildren, Lucy and Zoe Coons; as well as other family members, friends and former colleagues. A celebration of John's life will take place on Sept. 26, 2015. Details to follow. Condolences may be expressed at rohdefuneral.com
