John DYAR Obituary

DYARJohn E. Dyar, age 76, known to all who loved him as "Jack", died following an extended struggle with Alzheimer's on February 13th. Jack was born in Marietta, Ohio to the late Gertrude and Francis Dyar. Following military service in Korea, he graduated from the University of WVA. He enjoyed a 27-year career in product engineering with the Kroger Company. Jack was a wonderful husband, father and grandpa, as well as, an accomplished craftsman. He was also a travel, golf and music enthusiast. Jack is survived by his wife Mary; sons, Jim and Tom; daughters, Suzanne and her husband Dave Dhiman and Jane and her husband, Steve Wuesthoff; grandchildren, Sam and Ben Dhiman and Max and Kaela Wuesthoff; brothers, Jim Dyar and the late Bob Dyar; and sisters, Mary Ellen Maybury and Jeanne Morales. The Memorial will be held at St. Clare Church in College Hill on Tuesday, February 20, 2007. Friends will be received at 9:30 until Mass begins at 10:30. Memorials may be made in Jack's name to St. Margaret Hall and St. Clare Church. We would like to thank the staff at St. Margaret Hall for their care and support.
