Joseph E., 74, Sept. 22, 2015, Miami Heights. Beloved husband of the late Paula L. Meader Franks. Devoted father of David & Connie Franks. Loving grandfather of Maria Franks. Beloved son of the late Rolland & Blanche (Haines) Franks. Dear brother of the late Rolland, Chester & Raymond Franks & Corina Grant. Also survived by nieces & nephews. Longtime carpenter Good Samaritan Hospital. Visitation Thurs., Sept. 24, 7-9 PM at the Dennis George Funeral Home, 44 S. Miami, Cleves, OH 45002, where the service will be held Fri., Sept. 25 at 10 AM. Interment in Greendale, IN. Memorials to 1st Baptist Church of Cleves, c/o the funeral home. dennisgeorgefunerals.com
