Patricia Lackey Obituary
Cincinnati - Patricia "Patty" L. Lackey, devoted mother of Scott (Amanda) Lackey and Tim (Carrie) Lackey. Loving grandmother of Lauren, Morgan, D.J., and Jason Lackey. Dear sister of Mike (Cheryl) Kelley. Daughter of the late David and Hallie (nee Young) Kelley. Also survived by nieces and cousins. Passed away at the age of 72 on Wednesday, November 7, 2018. Memorial gathering will be held at Frederick Funeral Home, 2553 Banning Rd. on Saturday (November 17) from 12 PM until time of memorial service at 1:30 PM. Immediately following the service, the celebration of Patty's life will continue at Frederick Funeral Home Family Center. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The National Wildlife Federation 11100 Wildlife Center Drive Reston, VA 20190 or nwf.org. Special condolences may be expressed at frederickfh.com
