McHugh Family: I worked with Paul as a vendor for the time he was at Anderson's. I found Paul to be a man of upstanding character. On our visits, Paul always spoke very fondly of his family. I know that he will be greatly missed by all of you. Please note that the retail world will miss Paul as well.

March 17, 2015

Marcia & Gang,
My days since last Friday have been filled with thoughts of Paul and the McHugh family. I think of you all as one because Paul's passion was his family. Paul is now your heavenly connection.
SOO many GREAT memories .... bowling before kids were in our lives (the craziness of Paul & Marcia). The surprise fireworks at Monica's wedding. Paul's career as a photographer at Moeller's football games. Then there was Michael the Bengal fanatic. So many smiles on Paul's face ... so proud.
When I think about Paul and Marcia I think crazy. I think Love. I think about preparation for so many dance recitals. There are so many conversations Paul and I had over the years and most were about you guys.

Paul is in heaven saying "I HAVE HAD IT ALL, A BEAUTIFUL WIFE, FABULOUS KIDS, GREAT SONS & DAUGHTER IN LAWS, AND THE MOST WONDERFUL GRANDKIDS!"
"Remember me but don't worry about me!
I had everything a husband, father, or friend could ask for."
Paul ..... none of us will ever forget you.

A Special Love ... A Special Friend

Dear Marcia and Family,

Please accept my deepest condolences for your great loss. I consider myself honored to have had the privilege to have known Paul well. Please know that he spoke of all of you often, predictably displaying his side-to-side signature headshake and his boyish grin, followed by a joyous antidote about one of you and your many adventures in life together.

Paul was a humble teacher, a proud student and most importantly, an always dependable friend. He was a man of passion, humor, class and most of all, character. If the meaning of life is to positively touch as many people as you can during your lifetime, he truly lived a life of great meaning.

I will miss him dearly.
