Thelma Cheuvront Obituary
T.J. was a woman of God and a devoted member of Pleasant View United Methodist Church for over 40 years. She grew up on her parents' farm in Jelloway, Ohio and graduated from Loudonville High School in 1968. After a few moves, she found herself in Circleville, where she raised her children. During her professional career, she held a few different titles, inventory specialist at Alsco Metals, Physicians Billing Specialist at Adena, and most known as, Professional Tax Preparer at H&R Block. She was a dedicated employee at every job; however, her two most important titles were Mom and Grandma. She was passionate about her flowers and plants and loved sharing this passion with others. She enjoyed traveling with her friends, watching movies, and reading, especially to her grandbabies. She had a beautiful singing voice and appreciated many types of music. She always had a listening ear for her friends or family and was understanding no matter the circumstance; she was wise beyond her years and gave the best advice. T.J. was genuine, caring, generous, and compassionate. Heaven gained a kind, nonjudgmental, empathic soul and our world became dimmer, but she will live on in our hearts and memories until our last days.
Calling hours will be from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Tuesday August 1, 2023 with the funeral to immediately follow at Pleasant View United Methodist Church located at 11690 State Route 56 E, Circleville, OH. Her final resting place will be just across the way at Imler Cemetery.
The family would like to thank her Pleasant View family for all their love and support during this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, please donate to Operation Christmas Child or Camp Sychar Holiness Association in T.J.'s name.
