San Antonio, TX - Debra J. Biggs, 56, of San Antonio, TX., passed on 17 November 2018, in her home in San Antonio.
She was born on 11 August 1962 to Duane and Nancy Smith at Fort Hood, TX.
Debra graduated from Grace College with her Baccalaureate, and earned her Master's from the University of Incarnate Word.
She was married to Larry E. Biggs Jr. on 21 December 1985 and they had two children, Christopher and Elyse.
She was devoted to her work as a teacher with George Gervin Youth Center.
Debra is survived by her husband Larry; her children, Christopher and Elyse Biggs; her sisters, Tracie McCreary and Wendy Wiandt; and her parents, Duane and Nancy Smith.
Proud grandmother of Ethan, Kayleene, and Kaedan.
Debra's service is scheduled for 0900hr, Wednesday, 19 December at Fort Sam Houston Cemetery. Procession starts at : M.E. Rodriguez Funeral Home 511 Guadalupe St. San Antonio, TX 78207 210-226-6111 and will pull out at 0800hr. There is a drive through the campus of George Gervin (Requested by the Staff and Students) prior to preceding to Fort Sam.

I worked with Debra at Respite Care of San Antonio. Debra was one of the most loving person I have ever known. She taught me so much about children with special needs and their behaviors.
She will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing and working with her. I offer my heartfelt prayers to you Larry and your children. May the wonderful memories you have sustain you in this time of loss and sorrow.
