I am a distant cousin of Paul's on the Standish side. I had been in Williamsburg a few times, not knowing that Paul and his family was living there. I'm saddened that I was not able to connect with him back then. Rest in peace!

We were cousins and spent time with each other until Paul moved to Asheville, SC. I miss him greatly and wish
I had the means to investigate what happened to my sweet cousin, but due to the "Privacy Act" no one will provide me with information on his death. May he rest in peace and reunite with his parents and my mom, his aunt Pat.
