Ada Kresge, 91, of Mountain Top, passed away Friday, Aug. 20, 2021 in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Mountain Top, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Bertha Hoch Dickinson. Prior to retiring, Ada worked in the garment industry. She was a member of the Mountain Top Presbyterian Church.
Preceding her in death in addition to her parents were her husbands, Edward Kresge in 1989 and Stewart Kresge in 2002; brothers, Malcom and Wilbur Dickinson; and her infant daughter, Jane.
Surviving are her children, Donna Engel and husband, Charles, Mountain Top; Joan Stavish and husband, Raymond, Sugar Notch; and Edward Kresge and wife, Patricia, Mountain Top; grandchildren, Christopher Engle and wife, Patti; Lisa Engle; and Ryan, John and Raymond Stavish. Eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.

So sorry for the homegoing of my friend ADA. She was always full of spunk and loved to brag about her grandchildren. She will be missed by her church friends.
