To the Chapin Family,

I had worked with Chip when I was employed by Sordoni Construction, and we built a number of buildings together. Chip was a smart man who did indeed instill his family life values, even when at work. That alone gave me cause to admire him.

The Lord will see you through the difficult times of your loss, of this I am confident.

Dear Mrs. Chapin and family:
Very sad to hear of the loss of your husband and father, I remember him fondly when he was a younger man and had a good time with all the parents of kids who went to St Theresa's.
