Chris Heller, 64, of Dallas, passed away Thursday, Feb. 22, 2024, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
He was born in Wilkes-Barre to the late Frederick and Theresa Burke Heller. Chris graduated from Hanover High School, Class of 1977. He was employed for over 30 years in the food industry, most recently at Backwoods Bar & Kitchen, Orange.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Theresa Heller.
Chris is survived by his wife, Andrea Kratz Heller; six children; 17 grandchildren; one brother; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 10:15 a.m. Tuesday from Nat Gawlas Jordan Funeral Home, W. 717 Main St., Edwardsville, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 11 a.m. in St. Theresa's Church, Pioneer Avenue, Shavertown. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery, Hanover Twp.
A visitation for relatives and friends will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday and from 9 to 10:15 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
