Jason Lord Obituary
Jason R. Lord, 49, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Sunday, June 6, 2021, at his home.
Born in Honesdale, he was the son of Russell and Bette Lord. Jason was a graduate of Honesdale High School, Class of 1990.
He was a gun enthusiast and an extremely talented singer. He enjoyed singing in live bands and at karaoke with his friends.
Jason was preceded in death by his father, Russell Lord; his brother, Roland Thomas Layden; his sister, Christine Lord; and sister-in-law Kari Lord.
Surviving are his children, Mac Lord and Aiden Lord, Wilkes-Barre; and Zeta Lord, Wyoming; mother, Bette Lord, Kingston; sisters, Lisa Layden, York; and Dawn DeFrehn, Newfoundland; brother, Anthony Lord, Honesdale; many nieces and nephews; his ex-wife, mother of his children, and friend, Kelly Lord, Wyoming.
Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Yeosock's Funeral Home, 40 S. Main St. Plains Twp. Flowers may be sent directly to the funeral home.
