Sebastian Jerrytone Obituary

Sebastian J. Jerrytone of West Pittston died Thursday in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

He was born in Pittston, the son of the late Samuel and Carmella Mangione Jerrytone. He was an Army veteran and was co-owner/operator of Jerrytone Driving School.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Susan, in April; brother, Alfonso; and sister, Connie Oliver.

A wonderful father and grandfather, he is survived by sons, Samuel, Las Vegas, Nev.; Sebastian Jr., Falls; daughter, the Rev. Dr. Carmelita Memolo, Clarks Summit; sisters, Josephine Bloom, Pottsville; and Jane Mikolosko, Forty Fort; 11 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. from Anthony Recupero Funeral Home, 406 Susquehanna Ave., West Pittston, with the Rev. James Alco officiating. Interment will be in West Pittston Cemetery.

Friends may call Friday, 5 to 9 p.m.
