I attended K-State with Charlie in 1975/76. We were active with the Veterans On Campus organization. Charlie was the President. I just read the Memoriam in the Alumni Magazine. My condolences to the Schneider family. I can still remember Mary "tolerating" us gathering at their home for Veteran's meetings!

I worked with Charles at the V.A.- CBO-WFM in Human Resources and we both started on the same day almost 5 years ago, 12/07/2008. He had a gentle spirit and always made it a point to say "Hello" everytime I passed him at work and often times asked each other how we were doing. He will be missed. To the Schneider Family - You are in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
