I first met John when he was working at DJ's Rock Creek Marina and have known him ever since. I have never known a person who could handle any boat, sail or power, as well as John. To say he was a man of many talents would be an understatement. Big John was a friend to many and I am very fortunate to say that he was a friend of mine. He will be missed.

Kathy,
So sorry to hear about John. We have many fond memories of John at Port Perry and the Drunkn' Sailor Lounge. We enjoyed John on our Busch League pool team. John was always very pleasant, conducted himself as a gentleman and we always looked forward to talking and laughing about our pool shooting experiences.. He will surely be missed, but will always be remembered. Jerry and Suzan Early
