Tho its been almost 20 years since I made a visit, I am saddened to hear of the passing of the women who was my 2nd mom for some very rough years of my life. I may have left Terra dr. in 87 but I have never forgoten how she stood up for me (the chubby red headed kid)

To Larry and the Bailey Family-
I am so very sorry for your loss. Larry-I remember the twinkle in your eye the morning after you met Lorna. You smiled every time I saw you at work from that day on and especially when you talked about the things you and Lorna had done that weekend or how much you enjoyed meeting her family. As the two of you grew closer, the love you shared for her was more evident with each conversation. It was as if the two of you made each other whole. My thoughts and prayers are with you and her family. Your friend from Telephone Care-Kathy

Lorna was a very special friend and confidante during the 10 years I worked with her at Sam's Club. I found her to be intelligent, witty and engaging. She was a very warm and caring person, and I will truly miss her. My deepest sympathy goes out to her family and her "special" friend. God bless you all! Lavinia Sauter, Elgin, SC.

We were deeply saddened to learn of Lorna's passing. We loved to play cards with her. She always kept the game lively with a well timed slap, or side bet. We will especially miss the way she always kept us laughing. Jeff and Mary Jane King (Topeka)

May the Holy Spirit comfort everyone that loves Lorna.
Cookie was such a special lady to all of that knew here. She had such a sense of humor. She was always a delight and always had a smile for all of us but oh how her smile would lite up even more when one of her sons and others she loved walked into view. At Sam's she was hired to demo products but in life she demoed love.
The world was blessed to have had her in it for the length of time she was. May all that knew her and loved her carry the memory and the warmth of her love in their heart forever.
