George Anderson Obituary

George Elwood "Woody" Anderson, 58, of Campbellsville, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, in Louisville following a lengthy illness.
Born in Campbellsville, he was the son of Betty Stubbs Anderson and the late George Elwood Anderson, Sr.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Anderson; three sons: George Mitchell "Mitchie" Anderson, Robert Lewis Anderson and Thomas Adrian Peppers; two daughters: Hope Renzelli and Tiffany Judd; and his mother, Betty Anderson.
Funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 18, 2016, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home. Bro. Robbie Spencer and Bro. Ray Judd will officiate. Burial will follow at Palestine Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Jimmy Anderson, Ronnie Hare, Jeff Rayburn, Lumis White, Danny Elkins and Donald Colvin. Honorary pallbearers will be former employees of Aluminum Fabricators and the current employees of Campbellsville Industries.
The family requests visitation from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to be Gideon Bibles, which may be made at the funeral home.
