Matthew Lovitt Obituary
Matt enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was an avid fan of the Texas Longhorns and proudly supported them through the season.
He is survived by parents Yvonne and Matt Peterson of Emerson, Scott Lovitt, of Clarinda, brothers; Steven Lovitt of Emerson, Brandon and Tyler Peterson of Emerson, grandparents; Dick and Judy Lovitt of Stanton, Paul and Diana Bach of New Market, Jim and Kathy Wymore of Villisca, Linda Wymore of New Market, Greg and Jeannine Peterson of Kansas City, Mo.; great-grandparents Luella Bycroft of Villisca, Freda Bailey, of Clarinda, Iowa, Dorothy Drake of Red Oak, Iowa, along with many family and friends.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Dec. 29, 2009 at Eickemeyer Funeral Chapel in Clarinda with Pastor Loren Daly officiating. Interment was in Mamre Cemetery, Stanton, Iowa. Memorials are suggested to a fund in Matt's name.
