Clinton
Amber Ruffin, 36, died Monday, June 30, 2014 at her home. A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Wright and Ferguson in Clinton.
Amber was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Howard Shook and her mother, Gloria Shook. She is survived by her husband, Joseph Ruffin; her brother, Todd Everett Burt and his wife Jackie; and a nephew, Joshua Burt.

My deepest condolences to the Burt/Ruffin family. I went to school with amber pretty much from timber lawn til graduation at fhhs!!! She was a wonderful crazy girl... I have pics of us from our younger days....We rode the same bus everyday for years.... I haven't spoken to her ... In YEARS.. However it still saddens me.... To hear of this... To her family... Stay strong..keep the faith...n I will keep u all in my prayers.....
