Jackson
Chester Lewis Holley, Jr., 59, passed away Sat., March 26, 2016, at the University Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Visitation will be held on Fri., April 1, 2016, from 12 pm-1:45 pm at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, MS. Memorial services will follow at 2 pm on Fri., April 1, 2016, in the Ott & Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Brandon, MS.
Mr. Holley grew up in Greenwood, MS and has been a longtime resident of Jackson, MS. He enjoyed playing golf, traveling and boating. Mr. Holley was a very devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Rose Holley; mother, Ruth Newman; three children, Paul Holley (Leslie Ann), Allison Holley and Anna Holley; step-son, Justin Alexander (Erin); three grandchildren, Maddy Holley, Max Holley and Lawson Alexander; two sisters, Kim Wurm and Lisa Tull; and one brother, Johnny Newman. Mr. Holley was preceded in death by his father, Chester Holley, Sr.; and his step-father, Bryan Newman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Blair E. Batson Children's Hospital, 2500 North State St., Jackson, MS 39216.
