My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I had the privilege of working with Eric at Phelps Dunbar, and we remained friends through the years. I always smile when I think of him because I immediately envision his big smile, quick wit, kindness, and his love of life. We laughed A LOT!! He was a wonderful person and a fantastic and thoughtful friend. This world is a lesser place without him. Thank you, Eric, for being my friend.

I'm having a scotch and a cigar today and but for a bad back I'd play a round of golf. Rest in peace, Eric. You'll not be forgotten.

I am so sorry to hear about Eric. I taught him at Cleveland High and he was a great kid! Respectfully, Danny McBrayer

Eric was a fine person and an excellent attorney. I enjoyed having the opportunity to work him professionally, and to get to know him personally. He will be missed.
