Cooper Family,
Seems like only yesterday that we were all kids riding horses and in a lot of mischief. Gene was and always will be a very dear friend and a special part of my life. I am so glad that I was at home and able to attend his service. It was so beautiful and so Gene. You will be in my thoughts and prayers. Gene and David are back together; brothers forever. My love to you all.

Carey, Marcy and family we extend our deepest sympathy to all of you. We remember him fondly as a friend of many years. We would see him in Hazlehurst from time to time and he always had a smile and good news to share about the family. You are a credit to your Dad and we can only guess at the hole left in your lives from his death. Our prayers are with all of you. Dan, Cookie, David, Tracey, Ray and families.

To the entire family,
Gene was a great friend, father, grandfather, he will be greatly missed. I remember the days of the 4-h shows with my kids and his showing livestock together. Remember, he may be gone from this earth, but he will never be forgotten, he is your angel in the heavens now, no more pain. love to the entire family.
