Whenever Milton's name has been mentioned over the years, my instant memory was "He was one of the funniest guys I've ever known." Having enjoyed that humor from the 7th grade through two years of college, I send thoughts of comfort to Milton's family now, and remind them that we will all meet again.

I was so saddened to read in the paper this morning about the death of Milton. I got to know Milton first when he was with HUD as an appraiser. As an appraiser myself he was always very helpful. Milton was always friendly and helpful to all he met.

My thoughts and prayers will be with all the family in the days ahead.
