Johnny Graham Obituary

Johnny Glen Graham, 54, passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at Crossgates River Oaks Hospital in Brandon. Funeral services are 3 pm today at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with visitation starting at 8 am until service time at the funeral home. Burial will be in The New Brandon Cemetery.
Johnny was born in Philadelphia, MS on November 21, 1956. He loved fishing and rabbit hunting and spending time with his grandchildren. Johnny drove a dump truck most of his life and he loved helping other people out.
He was preceded in death by his father, Johnny Frank Graham and by a brother, Randy Graham.
Survivors include his wife, Jean Graham; children, Michael Graham of Pearl, Tracy (Shane) Griffin of Philadelphia, Leslie (Butch) Hamilton, Jonathan (Lauren) Slawson and Jennifer Phillips all of Polkville; mother, Elsie Thompson; grandchildren, Zachary Slawson, Ryan Graham, Gracie Griffin, Trevor Phillips, Harley Phillips and Allie Hamilton; sisters, Linda Bridges, Debra Bynum, Glenda McClendon; brothers, Frank Graham his twin brother, and Bo Graham.

Johnny was a man with many friends. Always when he would meet someone he would hold his hand out to make a new freind. He would go out of his way to help a freind. He will truly be missed by many. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.
