Joseph Barbuto Obituary

Mr. Joseph Louis Barbuto, 87, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2010, at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, MS.
Visitation will be held from 12:00pm – 2:00pm on Thursday, July 22, 2010, at Natchez Trace Funeral Home in Madison. A funeral service celebrating his life will follow visitation at 2:00pm. Interment will be in Natchez Trace Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Barbuto was a life long resident of Weymouth, Massachusetts prior to moving to Madison. He enjoyed aviation and was a veteran of the United States Army Air Force. Mr. Barbuto retired from Sears-Roebuck as an Appliance Service Mechanical Supervisor.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Billie Barbuto of Madison; sons, J. Richard Barbuto and wife, Ricki of Madison and William E. Barbuto and wife, Jo-Ann of Madison; grandchildren, Adrienne Mobley and husband, Luke of Laurel, Rachel O'Neal and husband, Hollis of Madison, Amy Barbuto and Matt Nix of Memphis, Seth Pierce of Massachusetts, and Kristyn Thoens and husband, Jeff of New Jersey; great grandchildren, Trip and Gage Mobley of Laurel, Austin, Kelly and Laura Thoens of New Jersey; and several nieces and nephews.

Claire and I worked with Joe for many years at the Sears Service Center in Norwell... He was a good supervisor and very knowledable... It was a pleasure to know and work with Joe. I spent many hours discussing religion with him... He was a great Guy!
