I can remember the first day I meet Mr. Wheaton. It was at the post office a few years back on a Sunday. This guy had on a coverall suit with church shoes on. I was like whats going fella, he smiled and Said this job and to the church! Long story short when He got back from his route and he pull that thing off and he had on a whole Church suit that match his shoes! Im surely going to miss my talkative friend. Rest easy my guy

I knew Phillip at the Salvation Army when he was young. He and my son were the same age. I enjoyed their friendship. He was a hard working young man. Great memories of him
