Trenton Mangum Obituary

Trenton Earl Mangum, known by his family and friends as 'TRENT', was born on December 24, 1969, in Jackson, Mississippi to Ella and Willie Mangum.
Trent attended Brandon High School and graduated with the "Class of 1987". After high school, he attended Hinds Community College in Raymond.
Trent began his Fire Service career as a volunteer with The City of Brandon Fire Department in 1999. He later became the city's 1st African American Fire Inspector.
Trent departed this life on Thursday, July 30, 2009. The Lord took his hand and led him into the light.
He leaves to cherish his loving memories, his parents, Willie Earl and Ella Mangum; one daughter, Christina M. Johnson; one god-daughter, Kyla Mangum; two sisters, Anita Mangum of Flowood, MS and Stephanie Harvey of Brandon, MS; one brother, Willie James (Paulette) Harvey of Pearl, MS; and a special friend, Essie Davis of Pearl, MS; five nephews, Kimball, Jeremy, Quincy, and Philip Harvey and Ian Dixon; three nieces, Shuntina, Khadijah, and Katlynn Harvey; one great niece, Kennedi Harvey; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.
