LaMarcus Lewis II, a US Army veteran and cherished member of his family, was born on August 4, 1997, in Eureka, California. He passed away on September 15, 2025, in Clarksville, Tennessee, leaving behind a legacy of love, passion, and service.
In life, LaMarcus was known for his vibrant spirit. He had a love for music and photography and was a huge movie buff. He loved his family and friends deeply, especially his beloved wife, Taylor Schafer Lewis. He adored time spent with her and sharing life together.
He is also survived by his mother, Juanita Scott, who provided unwavering support and love throughout his life. Additionally, he leaves behind his siblings, DaNesha Spears, Jehaun Thomas, DaZaia Spears, Eva Inez Pabalate Scott, Yemaya Levi, and Makayla McCanless, along with a host of other family members and close friends, all of whom will cherish their memories of him and continue to honor his spirit.
The Lewis family will receive friends on Sunday, Sept. 28, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with the Celebration of Life beginning at 2:00 PM. As we reflect on LaMarcus's life, we recognize not only his accomplishments but also the impact he had on everyone around him. His kindness, creativity, and devotion to those he loved will be remembered and celebrated by all who were fortunate enough to have known him. He will be deeply missed, yet his memory will live on in the hearts of many.
