Thomas Ledwin Obituary
He was born in Buffalo, N.Y. and joined the Navy in 1967 and became an electronics technician. He was a member of the American Legion Post No. 23, in Hiawassee, Ga. Most of his career he was a hospital facilities manager in the Tampa Bay area for 28 years. He moved to Hayesville in 2004 and worked as a parts delivery driver for Carquest - By Pass Auto Parts. He enjoyed traveling, sailing and camping.
A celebration of life will be held from 1-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 21. Contact the wife for directions.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in his name to the American Cancer Society.
Banister-Cooper Funeral Home, Hiawassee: banisterfuneral.com was in charge of arrangements.
