Larry Nichols, 64, of 120 Southwood Dr., Clinton, departed this life on Sunday, July 6, 2015 at Wake Med Hospital in Raleigh.
A home going service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at Hope Valley Funeral Service & Cremation 1246 Hobbton Hwy., with the Rev. Robert Walton officiating. Burial will follow at the Hillcrest Cemetery on Hwy. 24, Roseboro.
Larry was born on October 7, 1950 in Roxobel, N.C. and was the youngest child of the late Charles Nichols and Thelma Walton Nichols.
Larry leaves to cherish his memory a brother Charles Nichols Jr. of Poughkeepsie, N.Y.; his aunts, Inez and Liz Allen of Upper Marlboro, Md., Florenza Walton of Poughkeepsie, N.Y and Renee Armond of Williamston, N.C.; his uncles, Joseph Walton of Clinton, Reginald (La Vaughn) Walton of Hollywood, Fla. and Rick Walton of Chicago, Ill.
A visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at Hope Valley Funeral Services & Cremation.
