Willodean G. Collister, 36

ROSEBORO — Ms. Willodean Rose Gassaway Collister, 36, of 105 Grandkid Lane, died on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at her home.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, at Butler Funeral Home with Pastor Bruce Suggs and the Rev. Aaron Bullock officiating. Burial will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Salemburg.

Ms. Collister was born on Nov. 3, 1977 in Franklin County, Alabama. She worked as a teacher's assistant for nine years at Salemburg Elementary School.

She is survived by: two children, Devon Gassaway of the home and Katie Faith Collister of Stedman; her parents, Horace and Sandra Williams Gassaway of Roseboro; one sister, Melissa Britt and husband, Michael Jr. of Roseboro; and one brother, Gordon Gassaway of Fayetteville.

The family will receive friends from 6-9 p.m. Tuesday at Butler Funeral Home in Stedman and other times at the home of her parents, 110 Grandkid Lane, Roseboro.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 6535 Clinton Road, Stedman.
