BERT EMBRY Obituary

Bert Embry, 81, died Wednesday, July 21, 2010 at Methodist Germantown Hospital. A long-term member and former elder of Knight Arnold/Forest Hill Church of Christ, Mr. Embry also travelled extensively as the Vice President of Operations for Kettle Restaurants, Inc. Surviving is his wife of 59 years, Charlena Embry, sons, James Embry (Jennifer) of Germantown, Michael Embry (Terry) of Alpharetta, GA, his sisters, Maxine (Raymond) Bryant of Olney, IL; Kathleen Warren (Glendon) of Bowling Green, KY; Jewel Gardner of Arlington Heights, IL; Jean Wilmington (Fred) of Littleton, CO; his brothers, Lionell Embry Of Louisville, KY; and William Embry of Glenview IL; a sister-in-law, Edra Embry of St Louis, MO; three grandchildren, Jeffrey Embry , Katherine Embry, and Caroline Embry. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Embry of St. Louis, MO. A visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home Friday, July 23, 2010 from 5:30 7:30. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at Forest Hill Church of Christ. Interment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
