My father and I were fortunate enough to meet Mr. Cooley during his stay at Baptist Rehab. He was the most wonderful man and kept us and all of the Therapists laughing all of the time. My father left rehab the Saturday before Mr. Cooley was scheduled to leave and we both will never forget Mr. Cooley.

Charles, Clay, Chris, Cy, Gina and Amy,
Your mom and dad were like second parents to me. They were both very special people!
I will never forget all the enjoyment I got whenever I came over to the house to hang out. Your folks were always so welcoming to Mary Alice and me. My memory of your dad is that he always seemed to be doing work stuff with his briefcase on his lap, but you could tell that he was intently listening to our conversations. And of course your mom was usually leading the conversation!!
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all during this time. I wish we could be there to share all of the wonderful memories!!
