80, died July 17, 2016. Visitation is Friday, July 22, 5 p.m. to 8 p.m with service, Saturday, 2 p.m., both at M.J. Edwards Whitehaven Funeral Chapel. Mrs. Holmes leaves to cherish her memory six children, Michael Blaine, Alexis Blaine, Ronald Puryear (Luevenia), Andre Monson (Lisa), Debra Smith and Cynthia Monson; three siblings, Howard Puryear (Katherine), Catherine Ingram and Cora Rayford (John).
