Gary, and I use to have so much fun laying by the pool, and swimming all day, and, seeing who would get the best tan...then, we would go workout, or run, and, comeback and make delicious chocolate protein shakes with vanilla ice cream, that were out of this world good!..and then, we would go shopping and riding in his corvette, and listen to Stevie Nicks and Steve Perry...I sure do miss our fun together my best buddy...my best friend! I have missed you forever!

IN TOTAL DISBELIEF, HEART BROKEN, AND SADDENED BEYOND WORDS...

WENT TO MY COMPUTER ON FRIDAY TO SEE IF I COULD FIND A BETTER NEW EMAIL OR PHONE NUMBER FOR GARY, AS THE ONES I HAD USED I HAD GOTTEN NO RESPONSE...I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT THE BEACH FOR YEARS, A PLACE WE BOTH LOVED SO MUCH, AND WE HAD DRIFTED APART..SO, NEVER TO BE THE ONE FOR SOCIAL MEDIA OR FACEBOOK, I TYPED IN HIS INFO AND , DECIDED TO PUT FACEBOOK IN FRONT OF IT...I PULLED UP HIS OBITUARY!

TOTALLY DEVASTATED, AND, WONDERING..HOW CAN THIS BE! THIS CAN'T BE POSSIBLE! NOT MY LITTLE BROTHER! HE PASSED ON WAY TOO YOUNG, AND TOO SOON!

GARY WAS WARM, FRIENDLY, ENGAGING..HE WAS HANDSOME, HAPPY, HEALTHY, VIBRANT AND WAS EXCITED ABOUT LIFE!!

WE HAD BEEN VERY CLOSE IN EARLIER YEARS, THE BEST OF FRIENDS! WE SHARED A PASSION FOR A LOT OF THE SAME THINGS, SPORTS, PROTEIN SHAKES, GETTING THE PERFECT TAN AT THE POOL AND BEACH ALL DAY, SPORTS CARS, A LOVE FOR THE 80'S MUSIC, NICE CLOTHES, AND PRIMPING, PERFECTING BARBEQUE SHRIMP, AND, GOING TO CHURCH TO NAME A FEW....

HE LOVED TO WORK OUT, AND I LOVED LONG DISTANCE RUNNING..I KEPT TRYING TO GET HIM TO RUN WITH ME, AND FINALLY GOT HIM TO THE TRACK ONE DAY..HE KEPT WANTING TO RUN ON HIS TOES, AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT THE HEEL TOE CONCEPT OF LONG DISTANCE RUNNING..GETTING BACK UP ON HIS TOES HE TOOK OFF LIKE A BULLET AROUND THE TRACK, AND, GAVE THE TRACK A REAL WORK OUT.., HAVING BEEN A SPRINTER IN HIGH SCHOOL, .GARY WAS A GREAT ATHLETE, BUT HE NEVER REALLY GOT INTO LONG DISTANCE RUNNING!

GARY, I HAVE LOVED AND MISSED YOU FOREVER..AND, I WILL CONTINUE TO LOVE AND MISS YOU FOREVER!

HEARTBROKEN, AND SADDENED BEYOND BELIEF, AND WORDS.. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT I WILL NEVER GET TO HUG YOU, OR SEE YOUR BEAUTIFUL SMILE, OR HEAR THE EXCITEMENT IN YOUR VOICE AS YOU TELL ME ABOUT SOMETHING NEW THAT YOU LOVE!

GOODBYE MY SWEET LITTLE BROTHER!
I WILL CHERISH THE MEMORIES ALWAYS!
LOVING YOU WITH ALL MY HEART AND SOUL UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN IN PARADISE!

YOUR SISTER, SUSIE MARIE JONES

I met Gary a few years ago when I was working for a client of his. Although I only worked with him for a few months, he was such kind and very intelligent man. I was definitely saddened when I learned of his passing. May God Bless and comfort each of you in your time of loss.

WE are all saddened by Gary's death. He was a really great person and highly respected in his field of accounting. My Mom, Dorothy Rose was a mentor to Gary, and she respected him as a friend and co-CPA. I know that he will be missed greatly. My prayers are for the family and for Gary. May he rest in Peace.

It is is with utter shock and sadness that I read this. Gary had worked with me 30 years, and was someone I could depend on and trust. He was a great friend and adviser and will be sorely missed. My sympathy to Brenda and Rachel; you were blessed to have auch a fine husband and father.
