Lucious Tate Obituary
LUCIOUS A. TATE, 65, of Memphis, U.S. Navy retiree, passed away March 19, 2007 at Methodist University Hospital. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m, Sunday, March 25, and funeral services will be at 11 a.m., Monday, March 26, both at N. J. Ford and Sons Funeral Home. Burial in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Mr. Tate leaves his loving wife, Thelma M. Tate; three daughters, LaTonya Tate and Kimerie Tate, both of Memphis, Kamilah Tate of Pomona, CA; four brothers, Gene Tate of Memphis, Charles (Florence) Tate of Washington, D.C., Douglas (Helena) Tate of Huntsville, AL, and Bobbie (Celetia) Tate of Palo, Alto, CA; three sisters, Audrey Dandridge of Memphis, Daisy Coston of Birmingham, AL, Daisy Coston of Birmingham, AL, and Cheryl (Sheffield) of Yonkers, NY; four grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
